Our facilities include digital x-ray, ultrasound, on-site blood testing machines, ECG, laser therapy, endoscopic cameras, keyhole surgery, and dedicated operating theatres.

What we can expect from you
- We ask that your pet is securely restrained (e.g. cat in a carrier, dog on a lead) during your visits.
- We ask you to be polite, courteous, and non-threatening to our staff and other customers.
- We ask you to actively participate in your pet’s treatment and to work with staff within the practice to support your pet’s discharge should they require a stay in the hospital.
- If you have any concerns, we value your constructive and honest feedback. Please ask to speak to a member of staff.

Payment Terms
All invoices must be settled at the time of the consultation or at the time of the patient’s discharge. The settlement of invoices may be made by cash, credit card, debit card, Visa, or Maestro. We do not accept cheques or American Express.
Estimates of Treatment Costs
We will happily provide a written estimate of the probable costs of a course of treatment. Please bear in mind that any estimate given can only be an approximate amount, as sometimes a pet’s illness does not follow a conventional course.
Insurance
We recommend that you have pet insurance and can provide you with any information you might need, as well as guidance on the types of policies available. Once your account with us has been settled, you will be able to reclaim the fees from your insurance company.
Parking
We have easy, free parking outside the practice and along adjacent roads for your convenience.
